Ashlee and Pete Celebrate '08

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were spotted strolling the streets and doing a bit of shopping in Miami's South Beach yesterday. They're both sporting dark shades, but in their defense, they had a long night, hosting a New Year's Eve bash at the Shore Club. Ash n' Pete spent the evening making out and chit-chatting with the guests, including rapper Eve and Christina Milian. If you look real close, you'll notice Ashlee has a silver ring on her "engagement ring finger" - did Pete pop the question?
