How Much is that Affleck in the Window?

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continued their house hunting in Beverly Hills yesterday, this time looking at houses still under construction. A smiling Ben Affleck peeked through the window of one of the homes being built, while Jennifer strolled the grounds in a huge parka, which certainly won't get as much use once the couple leaves New York. What I really want to know is where's Violet?
