Jessica Gets an "Eye"-ful of NYC

Jessica Alba embarks on yet another day of talk show appearances to promote her new thriller "The Eye" in the Big Apple. The actress emerged bright and early from her Midtown hotel wearing furry boots and a snow white wool coat, which covered up little Jessica - or Cash Jr., and made her way to "Live with Regis and Kelly." Last night on David Letterman's late night gab fest, Jess hinted that she may know the sex of her baby, but wasn't willing to give up the  gender, so just buy her yellow baby gifts for now!
