Kate Moss celebrated her 34th birthday last week with a myriad of parties, from a refined tea party with the girls to a crazy, late night punk-themed celebration at a London nightclub. The supermodel looks like she made it through the festivities in one piece, but not is dealing with a lawsuit against Britain's News of the World , which ran a story claiming that there was allegedly a little too much fun going on during the late night fete. If she wins the lawsuit, imagine what birthday number 35 will be like!
