Actress Liv Tyler skipped out on Paris Fashion Week to chill in her New York neighborhood. The actress was spotted strolling the streets in Ugg boots, tights and a green coat. Could she be subconsciously plugging her next movie - the second installment of "The Incredible Hulk" - by wearing that hue? Liv takes over for Jennifer Connelly in the role of Betty Ross in the flick, which opens in June.
