Madonna Steps Out

England's adopted daughter, Madonna, stepped out of London's Claridges Hotel last night sporting what looked like a bruise over her eye and a swollen cheek on the left side of her face. Maybe that's the reason we're getting such a good view of her black roots? Madge may have been a little preoccupied, anxiously awaiting critical reaction to her directorial debut, "Filth and Wisdom", which debuts at next month's Berlin Film Fest. Also spotted at Claridges last night was the other Irish singer and humanitarian, Bob Geldof.
