Even a huge down coat can't hide "Grey's Anatomy"
star Sara Ramirez, who was bundled up while shopping in New York's
Meatpacking District. The Tony award-winning actress is in the Big
Apple for the Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection fashion show which
takes place during New York's Fashion Week. Sara will be walking the
runway in a red dress designed by Angel Sanchez, who designed the
magenta gown the actress wore at Sunday night's SAG Awards. You know
Sara can work the runway!
