Remember: a burger or a pair of leather shoes is made up of not one but several animals. Do you know how your last pair of shoes died? Was it in your own country? The likelihood is that it was raised and slaughtered abroad. Which country? which animal welfare regulations were followed if any??
Unless your a plastic wearing vegan don't bother sending a reply, all your hypocracy turns my stomach!!
As PETA says, all violence is wrong. How do people expect to conquer problems, such as the sex slave trade and gang warfare, if they can't even do something as simple as refuse to buy a coat made from the skin of a beatn and tortured animal? Anna - you are wrong and another one of these deluded 'fashionistas' who look ridiculous running round in big puffy mink coats.
You think this is cool and glamourous? Maybe if they wore the coats inside out so you could see the blood and tissue of the animal it was torn off you'd think otherwise. You are clearly uneducated, but not without help. Oh and by the way, thinking that vegans only wear plastic is about as stupid and ill informed as the people who believe they only eat vegetables! I haven't eaten meat for twenty eight years and haven't missed it once, there are so many alternatives available, where nothing has to die. What a stupid comment.
