Nick Lachey has just completed renovations on this
Bel Air mountaintop home that he bought in 2006 for $5.5 million. The
gated contemporary property, on a hidden, private road, has 4 bedrooms
and 4 1/2 bathrooms in slightly more than 5,200 square feet. It has
city-to-coastline views, soaring ceilings, a step-down living room, a
pool with swim up bar. The house was built in 1960 and was recently
remodeled by the former owners, Seal and Heidi Klum. Lachey and
girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo call this home when they are in Los Angeles.
