The National Enquirer has broken the story that 'Dirty Dancing'
star Patrick Swayze has pancreatic cancer and doctors have given him a
mere 5 weeks to live.
The 55-year-old dancer-turned-actor was diagnosed with the disease in late January. The disease began in his pancreas and has since spread to his other organs.
Patrick and his wife Lisa Niemi, both of whom have pilots' licenses, have been flying from their home to Palo Alto, California so that Patrick could undergo radical chemotherapy treatments at Stanford University's renowned cancer center.
Unfortunately, doctors fear the treatment isn't working as well as they hoped and aren't optimistic about the actor's recovery.
There's been no comment from Partick's people, so let's just hope this story isn't true.
