Britney Spears celebrated her return to network television of the
sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother' last night with friends at LA restaurant
Dominic's.
The singer was still sporting the same terrible weave she wore to play a ditsy receptionist who harbored a crush on 'HIMYM' star Josh Radnor (Ted) on last night's episode. Doesn't CBS have hair stylists? I wonder what that mess looked like in High Definition?
Choosing to appear on the popular sitcom, her third foray into comedy after hosting 'SNL' in 2000 and appearing on an episode of 'Will and Grace' in 2006, could prove to be a wise career move for the troubled singer, as the reviews were much kinder than the ones she received for her big screen flop 'Crossroads'.
Critic Roger Friedman of Fox News said of her performance, 'She had nice comic timing for her few lines, seemed spunky, alert and with it. Considering the last 18 months of her chaotic life, all of that equals a success.'

These films may not make the art-house circuit in America, but for this cinephile at least, they are funny and sophisticated and stand head and shoulders above most mainstream Hollywood films
Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
