For his next flick, the big-screen adaptation of the '70s Saturday morning classic 'Land of the Lost,' 'Semi-Pro' Will Ferrell leaves the world of sports and lands in a world of Sleestaks and dinosaurs.
In between takes, Will biked around a Los Angeles park where the action-adventure comedy is being shot.
The movie, which also stars British actress Anna Friel ('Pushing Daises'), features 'SNL' player Jorma Taccone as Cha-Ka. They blew that casting - I could so see Willem Dafoe in the role. And he'd hardly need any makeup.

Disney's answer to Hanson, the Jonas Brothers, appeared on last night's 'Dancing with the Stars' and pretty much ruined a-ha's 'Take on Me' for anyone who grew up in the '80s, like me. But maybe I'm not their target audience.
Kevin, 20, Joe, 18, and Nick, 15, also sang their hit 'When You Look Me in the Eyes' on the ABC (owned by Disney, by the way) show.
If there is a God, it will only be a few short years until the Jonases will be 'has-been' enough to actually compete on 'Dancing.'

Olivia Thirlby, who played sidekick to Ellen Page's 'Juno,' is the latest star professing her Big Apple affection in the film anthology 'New York, I Love You.'
Olivia's segment is directed by critically-despised Brett Ratner ('Rush Hour') and stars James Caan, of 'Godfather' fame.
Olivia plays a wheelchair-bound teen on her way to a dance with friends.
Looking at the wardrobe, they could call Brett's segment 'Bad Prom Dresses, I Love You.'

Frappucinos aren't just for starlets anymore. Hunky, punky Ashton Kutcher loads up on caffeine - and nicotine - between takes of the comedy 'Spread' in L.A.
Ashton chilled in the pool with co-star
Margarita Levieva, a former member of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics
Olympic team.
Later, Margarita plucked an eyelash off of Ashton's face, and he blew on it, making a wish.
If I were Ashton, I'd wish that 'Spread' finally brings him a big screen comedy hit. 'Just Married' and 'My Boss' Daughter' didn't exactly laugh all the way to the bank.

Jodie Foster is a Disney veteran. Surely she's seen 'Mary Poppins.' Maybe she's seen it a few
too many times.
How else to explain her ill-advised re-creation of the 'Let's Go Fly a Kite' scene with her sons Charles and Kit during their Hawaiian getaway?
Jodie and the kids look optimistically skyward. But the island winds refuse to cooperate, blowing the hapless kite out of the sky and into their fellow beachgoers.
Get some breadcrumbs and have the boys re-enact the 'Feed the Birds' number, Jodie. That song always brings a tear to my eye.

Our favorite 'international model' Phoebe Price has no time to fret about rising gas costs, she needs to pose!
The inexplicable celebrity used a
fill-up at a West Hollywood gas station to stage a quickie
photo shoot showing off yet another of her pastel fedoras.
I suspect that scarlet-tressed Phoebe rarely gasses up her car. Profits from her 'Phoebe's Phantasy' fragrance (yes, she
really has a fragrance) can't be enough to fill her tank.

Apparently 'Cheetah Girl' Adrienne Bailon didn't make the 'So what are you wearing?' phone call to new pal Kourtney Kardashian. The pair wore identical dresses last night at Mr. Chow.
They look like a walking tabloid feature - so who wore it better?
My money's on squeaky-clean Disney star Adrienne. She didn't flash panties getting out of the car - Kourtney did - so that's bonus points for grace.

Audrina Patridge was anticlimactically covered up as she ducked out of a party for season three of MTV's reality-lite series 'The Hills' at NYC's Gotham Hall last night.
The raven-haired talent joined co-stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port at the party. Special guests included equally talented first daughter Barbara Bush.
Audrina's presence on last night's premiere episode was reduced to a voice on a cell phone, squealing to BFF LC that Brody has a new piece of arm candy.
Tattletale Patridge's 'Hills' profile will most likely be low until Lauren returns from Paris.
But anyone hungry to see more Audrina can do a simple Google search....

We have no idea why a beautiful young woman like Charlize Therone would try to avoid having her picture taken.
Maybe, like the Native Americans, she believes that when a camera captures one's image, it steals part of one's soul.
Whatever the reason, Charlize isn't alone in her situational camera-shyness. When stars suddenly turn bashful they'll try anything—sunglasses, funny hats, wigs, pulling their jackets over their heads as if they're doing a
perp walk—in order to avoid the flashbulbs.
But as you'll learn from
Celebrity Peek-a-Boo: Stars Play Shy for the Camera, showbiz's scaredy-cats can't hide for long from the paparazzi. Something always gives them away. (We think it might be some kind of super-advanced pheromone that they exude.)
In our initial installment of Hollywood hide-and-go-seek, the oddly demure Charlize is joined by a demure Demi Moore (who tries to hide behind her personal trainer), a sheepish Sarah Jessica Parker and a timid Teri Hatcher.
Tag, ladies; you're it!
