Jason, who wowed critics on the big screen in 'Juno' is returning to television, but this time he's working behind the camera, directing a pilot for FOX, who should be glad to have him after canceling 'Arrested Development.'
The pilot, a comedy called 'The Inn' stars 'Reno 911' star Niecy Nash and is described as 'Upstairs/Downstairs' set in a hip New York City hotel.
The isn't Jason's first time behind the camera, he directed episodes of 'Arrested Development' and got his start at the tender age of 17 working on 'Valerie'.
I'm happy for Jason, but much prefer to see him in front of the camera. Leave directing to those who can't act, like Madonna. Wait...'Filth and Wisdom'...scratch that.
