Judy Greer: 'Miss Guided' From Dweeb to Darling

Judy Greer, who stars on the new ABC sitcom 'Miss Guided',  has finally graduated from supporting roles and playing wacky best friends and 'bitches' and finally gotten the shot at stardom she's deserved for quite a while (actually since 'Jawbreaker', IMHO.)

On the show, produced by Ashton Kutcher, Judy plays a former high school nerd who returns to her alma mater as an adult as the school's guidance counselor.

The 32-year-old is a self-confessed geek, and even volunteered photographic proof, which is seen in the show's opening credits.

Judy shares a lot in common with her TV alter ego. She confessed, 'I was a big loser, and I was super-duper ugly. That was my high school experience — first year, big loser. Second year, big loser. Third year, OK. And fourth year, I didn't care and enjoyed myself.'

I love Judy, she's a geek after my own heart. I think she described a lot of high school experiences there.

Judy was at New York's Ed Sullivan Theater taping an episode of 'The Late Show with David Letterman' which is airing tonight. Also at the theater last night were Demi Moore, 'No Reservations' star Anthony Bourdain and Counting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz. They're all in the gallery - check 'em out.
