Lauren Conrad slipped out of the posh Warren Tricomi salon on Melrose
Avenue yesterday after spending over an hour and a half getting a very
special hairdo.
The reality star-turned-fashion designer debuted the spring collection of her fashion line at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in LA at Smashbox Studios last night.
LC had a lot of support from her 'Hills' castmates - "Hills" co-stars Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Lauren Bosworth and Brody Jenner all lined the front row. Not surprisingly Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were nowhere to be seen.
Surprisingly, MTV's camera crew was absent from the runway show. And Lauren explained to the Associated Press that she wanted it that way.
'I kinda like that it's separate. It's not something that I really want to be part of a reality television show. It's a career I want beyond my 15 minutes.'
If you really think about it, LC's 15 minutes from 'The Hills' are more than up. I'd have no problem if she got into the 'fashion thing' full time.
