Our favorite 'international model' Phoebe Price has no time to fret about rising gas costs, she's gotta pose!
The scarlet-tressed actress wannabe took the opportunity to use a fill-up at a West Hollywood gas station as a chance to get in a quickie photo shoot and show off yet another one of her pastel fedoras.
I suspect Phoebe rarely gasses up her car, as she's usually using foot power to get around LA. It's hard to see those designer fashions of hers if she's sitting behind the wheel of a car.
Besides, I don't think that the profits from her 'Phoebe's Phantasy' fragrance (yes, she really has a fragrance) are enough to get her a full tank.
