The 'Disturbia' star, soon to be sharing the screen with Harrison Ford in 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' went to a DIY car wash to clean up his truck, which was impounded earlier this week after Shia parked it illegally in front of an apartment building in LA.
Maybe the lack of wheels was the reason that Shia didn't show up at his arraignment for a misdemeanor unlawful smoking charge on Tuesday.
Shia's attorney entered a not guilty plea on behalf of the 21-year-old actor on Wednesday, after a judge issued a $1,000 bench warrant for his arrest. A hearing is scheduled for April 24, and if found guilty, Shia faces a maximum penalty of a $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
