British 'Gossip Girl' cutie Ed Westwick made a valiant attempt to stay
dry under a colorful umbrella as he and the cast of the hit CW series
continued to shoot scenes for the show in New York today.
The 'Gossip' gang is still working on the episode which features the big wedding between Serena's (Leighton Meester's) Mom and Chuck's (Ed's) Dad. That would explain the tux and the incredibly retro but still stylish spats sported by Ed.
Even though he plays a less-than-nice person on the show, Ed's co-stars have nothing but nice things to say about their co-star. Leighton Meester told TV Guide that Ed 'is just incredible. He’s got that kind of bad boy edge to him, but he has a real soft side. I find him to be the most down to earth, cool and sweet guy.'
