CSI actor Gary Dourdan was arrested for 'suspicion of' possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs yesterday after having a little TOO much fun in Palm Springs.
The TV hottie was foundpassed out snoozing in his car at 5:31 a.m. and briefly jailed before posting $5,000 bail.
In case you're (like me) wondering why they are calling it 'suspicion of possession' - since the po-po's clearly KNOW what drugs the party boy had in his pockets, socks, glove compartment or man purse - here's the scoop: suspicion of is the legal term to use until he's convicted of the crime.
