A stylishly-attired Hilary Duff was the picture of the young Hollywood starlet as she chatted on her cell phone while clutching the requisite small dog in LA on Saturday.
Hilary, who is the cover girl of the latest issus of Allure magazine, which hits newstands tomorrow, spoke about her career, growing up in the spotlight and her relationship with former beau Joel 'the one who's with Nicole Richie' Madden.
Despite having recently been labeled a 'goody goody' by pop punk princess Avril Lavigne, Hilary says, 'I’m not a perfect, prude girl. I like to do normal things that 20 year-olds do, but...I don’t want that attention. If I can’t get any from what I’m doing now, I’ll figure out a different plan.'
As for her relationship with Joel (she was 15, he was 24), she said, 'He was never nervous, like, ‘I could get arrested.' and admitted 'It looked bad.'
