She's graced the cover of Playboy, exchanged dirty words and
punches with the male contestants on 'Singled Out' and has appeared in
comedies such as 'BASEketball' and 'Scary Movie 3', and now Jenny
McCarthy wants to single-handedly cure autism.
The actress/author has made the promotional rounds for her new book 'Louder than Words: A Mother's Journey in Healing Autism', appearing on CNN's 'Larry King Live' last night.
Jenny's 5-year-old son Evan was diagnosed with the disease in 2005 and blames toxins in vaccines for the disorder. She claims that by changing his diet and detoxifying his body, she was able to cure her son of the symptoms of the debilitating disorder, which strikes 1 in 150 kids.
Who knew? Somehow I never equated Playboy with the Journal of Medicine, but you've got to give credit where credit is due - Jenny's one good mother.
