Kylie Minogue was happy to stop and pose for pictures for a fan as she
stood outside her London home yesterday. The singer, who was in the US
promoting her latest album, 'X', is gearing up for her European tour to
promote the album.
On Monday's 'Ellen', Kylie dropped a bombshell, telling the talk show host that her doctors had initially misdiagnosed her breast cancer.
Despite the fact that she's in remission, the singer, who turns 40 next month, admits that she still fears a return of the disease. In an interview with Paris Match she said, 'I still go for regular check-ups. The 'voyage' doesn't end suddenly. That's why it's so difficult to talk about it.'
When asked if she saw children in her future, the currently-single singer said, 'If it happens, it will be marvelous. I love the idea of a family. But I won't tell myself that I absolutely have to have children to make my life complete.'
Kylie says she doesn't see aging as declining, but she does admit she may be hanging up her hot pants soon, joking that, 'My dresses now have a tendency to grow longer.'
With some of the ladies still walking around in hot pants who really shouldn't be, you're safe to don yours for the tour, Kylie.
