British singing sensation Leona Lewis, who won the third season of the
UK reality show 'The X Factor' - the British equivalent of 'American
Idol,' took a break from her promotional duties in Australia to shop
for makeup at a MAC store in Sydney on Wednesday.
Leona, who has recently become the first British solo artist to top the US album charts with a debut record, after her album 'Spirit' sold 205,000 copies in its first week - making it number one on The Billboard 200 - is in the land down under promoting the album and her single 'Bleeding Love,' which has already topped The Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Leona has been tapped to join the entertainment industry's elite, including Eminem, Amy Winehouse and yes, even Geri Halliwell to play at a concert celebrating Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday on July 27.
