Former O.C. actress Mischa Barton has reason to smile.
According to reports, she's reached a deal regarding her December DUI arrest that will allow her to get by with three years of unsupervised probation, three months of alcohol-education classes and an estimated fine of $1,700.
And apparently this makes her so happy that she wants us to smile too.
Mischa enjoyed her freedom while wearing a skimpy bikini at the beach today, and thanks to these pics we can enjoy her enjoying her freedom.

"I'm really disappointed in myself," a contrite Mischa told the press shortly after her arrest. "I don't know what to say about it, except I'm not perfect."
