Phoebe Price Greets Her Biggest Fan

I was having a raging case of 'the Mondays,' until now. How can you be glum when looking at these photos of our favorite 'international model', Phoebe Price.

The Phoebe-ster spent her Saturday afternoon walking and posing with her petite pooch as she made her way through the Malibu Country Mart.

With her usual runway-ready fashions, it's surprising to see Phoebe dressed down so much. But regardless if she's in a 'designer original' (at least that's what it says on the tag at Ross Dress for Less) or a casual cotton minidress and hat combo - she makes me smile.
