The Phoebe-ster spent her Saturday afternoon walking and posing with her petite pooch as she made her way through the Malibu Country Mart.
With her usual runway-ready fashions, it's surprising to see Phoebe dressed down so much. But regardless if she's in a 'designer original' (at least that's what it says on the tag at Ross Dress for Less) or a casual cotton minidress and hat combo - she makes me smile.
