Renee Zellweger made a red-hot entrance to NYC's Ed Sullivan Theater yesterday.
The squinty actress was decked out in a wrap dress and Christian Louboutin pumps, possibly to evoke the look of her character in the 1920s-era comedy 'Leatherheads,' which she was shilling on 'The Late Show with David Letterman.'
If you were looking forward to seeing a brood of scrunchy-faced Zellweger spawn, you're out of luck.
'Motherhood has never been an ambition,' Renee told Dave.
She does, however, want her spunky Bridget Jones knocked up, telling Stuff magazine that she'd pack on pounds to go the role for a third time. 'I would love her to go to Los Angeles and have a baby. The hilarity would be boundless!'
Of course, Helen Fielding needs to write another book first.
