Leave it to Tyra Banks to make something as innocuous as a tree-planting ceremony into an over-the-top modeling session.
The talk show hostess celebrated the 600th episode of her gab-fest yesterday by planting a tree on New York's 9th Avenue with the help of Mayor Michael Bloomberg and 'America's Next Top Model' alumnae Claire Unabia, Saliesha Cooper and Jaslene Gonzalez.
Tyra, in typical Tyra fashion, mugged for the cameras and made sure the crowd knew it was all about her during the brief ceremony, where the model was given a Proclamation honoring her achievements by the Mayor.
I don't know about you, but I wouldn't let a shovel-wielding Tyra anywhere near my landscaping.
