Anne Hathaway proves that she's a low maintenance kinda gal, toting her
own stuff back to her trailer on the set of the comedy 'Bride Wars' in
New York yesterday.
When we saw Miss Anne last month, her real estate developer boyfriend Raffaello Follieri had gotten himself into a teensy bit of trouble doing what we've all done once or twice in the past - check kiting.
Come on, admit it, we've all played dumb with some utility provider before, 'I swear, I though my paycheck had cleared. I would have never written a check with no money in my account.' I'm just pretty sure the amount of money in question was way less than the $215,000 he owed.
Raffaello repaid the amount in full to his victim, who dropped the charges against him last week.
Maybe Anne has been forced to carry her own stuff because the money to repay the debt was taken out of Anne's 'personal assistant fund.' Makes sense.
