Fergie Ferg gave an, um...zealous performance on the Today Show this morning.
Which was basically four minutes of her grinding the stage, her guitarist, and the audience of young children and parents. While she did flips and shrieked into the microphone.
Might I remind you this was at eight in the morning?

You gotta give 'the duchess' props for some of those moves, though.
My favorite part is at the 3:24 mark, when Fergie flips upside down while 'singing' but sounds like she just swallowed a watermelon (or the last shred of her guitarist's dignity).
This kind of over-zealous performance can only remind me of one thing ...

It's women like these two who remind us that they may not havewrinkle-free botox-free youth like Miley Cyrus and Rihanna, but they'll be damned if that makes them 'old.'
I'd throw Mariah in there too, except her version of a rigorous workout seems closer to a heavy dose of laxative-induced straining...
