Cameron Diaz, looking radiant, and Ashton Kutcher, looking kind of sloppy, attended the
premiere of their new romantic comedy 'What Happens In Vegas' at the Mann Village Theater in
Westwood, California last night.
The comedy tells the tale of two strangers who - in a drunken stupor - get hitched in Sin City and before they can get their unholy union annulled, they win a $3 million jackpot and chaos ensues - until the predictable conclusion.
The premiere was Cameron's first public appearance since the unexpected death of her father, Emilio last month and any sad feelings she may have been experiencing were invisible behind her usual, sunny demeanor. The actress even engaged the crowd in a good-natured shouting match.
Despite being in good spirits at the screening, Cameron did opt out of the post-premiere party at Whiskey Blue in the W Hotel.
My condolences Cameron...but I'm still not going to see this movie.
