Don't let the mansions, cruise ships and million dollar parties fool you - Sean Combs is still just Diddy from the block.
'I’ve gone from Harlem to Hollywood,' Diddy said Friday during his Hollywood Star ceremony, which he called 'proof that if you believe, all your dreams can come true.'
Now I totally understand why Diddy and J-Lo were drawn to each other. And consequently failed as a couple. They are both completely delusional about what it means to get rich (i.e. you are no longer from the block).
Diddy even tries to dine at normal people places, like Mel's diner, where he justifies the low prices on the menu by buying lunch for like 200 people. Check out the hip-hop entrepreneur celebrating his brand new Hollywood Star with his ma, his boo Kim Porter, his hood rat kids, and other homies who may or may not also be from the block.
In case you caught that, yes a paparazzo did ask Diddy about his 4 million dollar party later that night. Yeah. Case in point.
