The always-elegant Victoria Beckham and her hunky hubby David, both
clad in Armani, leave their Big Apple hotel and make their way to the Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art last night.
Victoria may be soon embroiled in a legal battle with designers Rock and Republic, whom she claims owe her in excess of $100 million dollars for a line of jeans bearing her name that hit stores in 2004.
As with her own brand, dVb, Victoria has been a bit lax on the publicity end of things, and she and the design house parted ways in 2006.
The Posh One now states she is owed the payout because the jeans, which retailed for around $300 a pair, were more profitable than previously thought.
Who in their right mind would pay $300 for a pair of jeans? And how could there be so many of them that Posh thinks her 'cut' is $100 million?
