Another day, another set of photos from Katherine Heigl's 'Ugly Truth' shoot.
Katherine spent her Saturday on location in Long Beach, California shooting scenes for the rom-com, which co-stars the delish Gerard Butler.
The 'Grey's Anatomy' star was dressed down in jeans and Uggs, with her hair in a ponytail.
Apparently, Katherine's bad habit, smoking, is making her less-than-popular on the set. Star magazine reported that 'Katherine feels unwelcome around the rest of the cast and crew sometimes' because of her addiction to the ciggies.
According to a source her co-star Gerard has even asked her to chew gum because she smells like smoke. I wonder if she's finally getting the hint?

Oh give it up with the smoking thing. It is so tired. Apparently Katherine Heigl is the only person in the world who is not allowed to smoke. Is it because its the only semi bad thing you can find to say about her - the lack of any scandal is just killing you guys right? Isn't Gerard Butler a smoker - why would he care that she smokes?
Gerard WAS a heavy smoker, but according to his recent interviews, he's been smoke free for about 10 months. Quitting his smoking habit was very difficult, so I imagine he finds it challenging to be around smokers.
That's interesting on his interviews considering I seen photos of him smoking before shooting 'The Ugly Truth". Regardless, just looking at the candids from the production begin Heigl has fun and enjoyment with cast and crew on the shoot. Coming Star Magazine I honestly don't believe it.

When Star broke the news on Issiah Washington choking someone, everyone believed that. Yet Heigl is a saint.
One, Star didn't break the news on IW. National Equirer did. Two, IW didn't choke anyone the set. He shoved, but did not choke. Third, not everyone believed he did physical contact with Dempsey until he confirmed it on Larry King Live. Lastly, having a hostile work environment which has physical and verbal abuse done is far more extreme than smoking on the set. As you can see from the candids from the very beginning of the show Heigl is shown(with footage mind you on X17) of enjoying herself and having a great time on set. No one said Heigl is a saint, but as other posters pointed out there are inaccuracies in Star's claims.
Really girls Gerry didn't give a damp about you or even want to marry you so stop raving on and on and defending hims as if he's much better then Heigl just because he's a man/ a guy and you have to champion him but shoot the girl , your own kind down. It's shows how pathetic women you're. I bet even if he smoke like chimney these women would will raved about it how sexy and excuse his habit no doubt and even would raved his smoke like body adour smell like cologne to these sad sad women and scream proundly 'I want to be Gerry's whore or Gerry's bitch' I tell you those pathetic women would proudly call themselves whores or even bitch to any Hollywood male stars. Why I'm being harsh why not, I'm following your que reading you as a girl yourself and trying to tarnish Heigl in every chance you got just because the girl has a bad habit of smoking!! but MANY hollywood actors/actresses smoke too but why you make an issue and single her out. Her husband didn't have issue with her smoking.
Anyway, in ET interview when Cheryl asked Gerry about his latest project TUT, he said he's had started filming and he's said he's working with Katherine Heigl who is a dream quote "I'm working with Katherine Heigl and she's a dream, she's fantastic' Go to ET and look for Hollywood HotList after- party, the interview is there. Don't listen to heresay only you must get out of the horses mouth.
Okay ladies. I don't get where the anger comes from. Personally, I am not a smoker and all of my family is or has been. I don't like it myself, but I don't condem those that do. It's everyone's personally choice just like anyone else.
As for the comments on what Mr. Butler says about his quitting smoking, who knows? If he says it then okay. If it's true then I'm happy for him. As for these pictures of him smoking, I'd like to see them.
And for Ms. Katherine Heigel, I think she's a fantastic actress and I appreciate actors and actresses for their ability as well as who the are or who they seem to be. Nobody knows for sure so we see and hear what they do and decide for ourselves whether we believe.
People need to get off each other and just talk about it.

I completly agree with Faith ,someone with some sense at last ,I love Gerard Butler as an actor and I am looking foward to seeing The Ugly Truth .I know Gerry stopped smoking when filming ps I love You when I think he got a wake up call when the person he was acting in the movie had a brain tumour and died ,good luck to him in the future .
