Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon greeted fans outside of her London
hotel yesterday. The star is in jolly old England promoting the
upcoming release of 'Speed Racer.' Susan plays Speed Racer's Mom (Mama
Racer?)
The 61-year-old actress is all about growing old gracefully and had admitted that she'd never resort to Botox to give her a more youthful appearance. She said, 'You can see I haven't had Botox or these lines wouldn't be here, but when you do that it becomes very mask like and that frightens me. I have an advantage if I'm the only one that actually looks 60, then I'll get all those parts because there won't be any actresses that look 60 around.'
Susan relies on her fitness regime to keep herself youthful, but in a move to keep her young at heart, got a tattoo for her 60th birthday - with the initials of her kids Eva, Jack and Miles.
She confessed that, 'It really hurt. It hurt so much more than I thought it would.' She also admitted to getting a second tattoo on her wrist. Those tattoos are addictive. Susan said she was going to go back under the needle, 'But I'm going to save the next one until I'm 70 or 80.'
What kind of tattoo would you get at 70 or 80? A Medic Alert one would be helpful.
