Actor Matthew Perry has purchased a three-bedroom
contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills for $4.75 million. Built in
1955, the 4,100 square foot gated house has 3.5 bathrooms and sits on a
0.34 acre lot. Home features include a full-floor master suite, white
terrazzo floors, disappearing walls of glass, a chef's kitchen, a pool
with spa, and state-of-the-art audio, visual and security systems.
Perry also owns two other properties in the Los Angeles area, a condo
in West Hollywood and a home in Malibu.
