In true Tennessee style, Billy Ray Cyrus talked about his daughter Miley's Vanity Fair scandal and looking like an incestual daddy on The Today Show this morning.
'I didn't know they was gonna strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,' Billy Ray said, claiming he'd 'left to do a show in Washington state' before the toppless-seeming pics were taken.
Then he laughed a lot when Meredith told him he looked more like Miley's boyfriend than her daddy in the photos they took together. 'That's just a daddy that loves his daughter a whole lot,' he said.
A whole, whole, whoooooooooooole lot.
But in the end, Daddy chalked the whole thing up to 'highs and lows.'
'Sometimes things get a little out of control and you just gotta deal with life. Again, it's peaks and valleys and ups and downs,' he said.
Lord! What a good Christian!
