Fur-Loving Mary-Kate and Ashley Get Hairy on their Birthday

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are in trouble for dressing like the gazelles and birds they like to impersonate (respectively, above photo). 

The actress twins will celebrate their 22nd birthday on Friday, and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has a special treat for their favorite fur-lovers.

Lots and lots of nasty, possibly lice-infected human hair! 

Per the 'Trollsen twin' website PETA created to slander the fur fashionistas:

• 'The twins are still sporting as much fur as ever. Since they seem to be in such dire need of extra hair on their bodies, let’s give them some of ours—and send a strong message while we’re at it….Save that hair in a bag and mail it to the twins with a note that says, “Please, use my hair instead of the animals’. Happy Birthday.” '

Obviously none of this hair will get anywhere near the twins, and their people are probably already screening all their mail with the kind of metal detectors and trained dogs normally used for drug busts.

But that doesn't change the fact that the twins are probably waking up with nightmares about her favorite fur coat leaking blood in the middle of the night...
