Lily Allen Moves Attention-Grabbing from her Boobs to her Hair

Lily Allen spent much of her week in France last month getting sauced at sea and giving the world a lovely display her nude assets. 

Well, now that the Cannes Film Festival is over, Lily has found new ways to be crazy for the cameras.

Here she is at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in London last night, showing off her 'pretty' new hair which - surprise - she even matched to her shoes!

The British pop star looks strangely fresh-faced, considering she probably spent most of the day milking her hangover from the prior night's 'fun.'

Lily's attendance at the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards in London Tuesday was quite epic, with a boozy performance that included being carried out of the ceremony by her baby(sitter) brother, being sent home alone in a cab, losing her keys and purse, and then forgetting the whole thing.

The pop tart was overheard dishing to a pal on the red carpet last night:

• 'I don't know what happened, maybe I was spiked. I don't remember a thing. I can normally get really drunk, but not like that.'

Yes, Lily, I thought a similar fate had struck me one night back in college.  Until, strangely, I was ruffied again.  And then it struck me on one more bizarre occasion. And then just a couple more.  And suddenly, it dawned on me - could every person I'd hung out with in all those years have been out to poison me?!? Or was there some other recurrent theme at play??  Could it be....me???

Naaaaah.
