That's Jack Nicholson's voluptuous rack you're looking at, and no, he didn't actually get voted best boobs in Hollywood. He didn't even make the list, if you can believe it!
Instead, the honor goes to Jessica Simpson - whose saggy (and possibly even implanted) double D bosom apparently makes In Touch Magazine weak in the knees.
Tyra Banks, whose well-endowed chest was once though to be fake, was the runner-up, followed by some of the usual suspects....Scarlett Johansson, Katherine Heigl, and Carmen Electra. Pamela Anderson was tastefully absent, Audrina Patridge's Into the Blue cameo helped her make the cut, and Lindsay Lohan took a surprising fifth place. As much as I hate to compliment the girl, I've gotta argue she deserved the golden trophy in this contest. Full list:
