For the second year in the row, Miss USA winner ate shit in the middle of the Miss Universe pageant after tripping on her dress. 

Last night, it was Crystle Stewart...



And last year, it was Rachel Smith...



Let's hope the Miss USA's aren't a foreboding of our nation's fate?
