DRES, Are you implying that Blacks and Hispanics are disadvantaged when it comes to Historical education because they are learning about 'white american history'?? because the bottom line is when you are taught something in history class, regardless what it is, you have the ability to learn it, like any other student, may they be asian, african, muslim, hispanic ect ect ect.
It may not be the histroy their ancestors endured but it is what you are given to learn and what you are tested on...Race should have nothing to do with it... For example, I am Irish and went to an English school in Britian and was taught about English History and guess what, I scored high on my English History paper, but im not english!!! OH MY GOD!!!
