Duh, it's Jessica Simpson.
Still in NYC to promote her new clothing line, the meat-loving 'country singer' was decked out in 'fellow' fashion brands while shopping at Bergdorf Goodman... Roberto Cavalli sunglasses, Christian Louboutin shoes and a red bag from her own line, of course. Gotta throw a little self-promotion in there somewhere.
And what about the dress? It's looking much cuter/less confusing than this one....must not be her design.
