Another Hot Tara Reid Item

Here's Tara Reid showing off another ensemble for her classy new 'Mantra' clothing line in Vegas yesterday.  Or trying to.  The wannabe-fashionista looks about as confused as we are about why the hell someone would want to wear toilet paper wrapped around their head and neck. 

Guess the 'mantra' for this outfit is: what you want to wear after a 6-day coke binge.
