Carmen Electra Blows Kisses in the Big Apple

Carmen Electra is in NYC to promote her new flick, Disaster Movie, which seems aptly named given that it's most famous 'actors' are Vanessa Minillo and Kim Kardashian.

While Kim hobbled around the city and Vanessa called in promotional favors to TRL, Carmen did her part of blowing kisses to paparazzi when her hip wasn't joined to fiance Rob Patterson.

They're seriously still engaged?
