In preparation for her sob story memoir to hit bookstores next month, Lynne Spears has begun her famewhoring tour, which she kicked off last night with dinner at paparazzi hangout STK Steakhouse.
In Through the Storm, which everyone is pretty shocked she had the balls/idiocracy to write, Lynne calls herself 'just an ordinary Southern mom' traumatized by 'the overnight success of her daughter Britney,' that 'shoved the Spears family into the blinding limelight glare.'
The bookgossips reflects on her abandonment of Britney to managers, agents and labels, Jamie Lynn's white trash pregnancy, and the ridiculous face-off with psycho Sam Lutfi last year. Lynne even offers tips on parenting, so you can learn how to not ruin your kids like she did.
No word yet on whether there is a chapter entitled 'Instructions on using your child to get rich,' but I'm thinking that tidbit is probably better found reading between the lines.
