Okay, okay so I know what you're thinking. 'Duh, he's a politician. Of course John Edwards cheated.'
But that doesn't excuse the guy from being so bloody stupid about it.
Just two months after giving up his presidential run, the North Carolina senator is finally admitting to that affair we all know he had despite the fact that he's been denying it for a year.
On ABC's Nightline last night, the father of three admitted his affair began in 2006, but made a point of stating it was when his wife Elizabeth's incurable cancer illness was in remission. Because, you know, that completely changes things.
To make things even more scandalous, the mistress, Rielle Hunter, recently had a baby daughter that Johnny's former campaign aide claims is his.
National Enquirer photos of Edwards holding the baby during a visit with Rielle last month support this, but of course John has an explanation for that too.
Bill Clinton Junior is 100% certain that the baby is not his because, he insists, the affair ended beforehis fifth
the child was born. He was only hanging out with his ex-mistress to tie up the loose ends..duh!
