It was Cameron Diaz, of course.
After somebody's dog wandered into her garden over the weekend, the animal-loving actress posted a sign about the lost German Shepherd. Sure enough, within an hour, black-dress chick came and retrieved her pooch.
Then, a couple hours later Cameron was spotted at a veterinarian's office (above).
Talk about going above and beyond...
Did the dog get sick from eating her pot plant or something??
