Kristin Cavallari Is Drunk, Possibly Stoned

Kristin Cavallari showed up to Sunset One in Hollywood Monday night with the glowing appearance of an orange county girl who has been drinking vodka for two days straight.  In between bong hits.  Her tongue even has the look of cotton mouth.
