Lindsay Lohan Asks the Law to Keep Daddy Away

Lindsay Lohan's ability to ignore her dad - or simply send 'get the hell away from me' messages to him via the media is no longer going to cut it. 

The attention-hungry daddy continued his outspoken anti-Sam rants this week, calling Lindsay's newly outed lover 'dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.' This time, though, Michael has apparently gone too far.  

The New York Post reports:
 

• 'Lindsay, who told us several days ago that her father, Michael, "needs to be on medication," is so scared of him, sources said, that she's "taking out an order of protection. He's behaving so erratically that she's terrified he'll do something to her. She's contacted her lawyer to arrange this." Lindsay's sister, Ali, "already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help." Lindsay's rep declined to comment.
