Rhys Ifans hit up the On/Off Fashion Party in London with a tall skinny woman who is definitely not Kimberly Stewart.
Considering they aren't actually sucking face or anything, it's possible that this chick is just his 'friend.' Except Rhys is not the kind of guy that he has girl 'friends.' Women go in two categories: the one's he's sleeping with, and the one's he's proclaiming is undying love for.
